These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of Zorq AI services available at zorqai.art and related properties (collectively, the “Services”). By accessing or using the Services, you agree to these Terms. If you are using Zorq AI on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization.

1. The Services

Zorq AI provides multimodal creative tools, including text-to-image, text-to-video, image-to-video, and video-to-video features. Features may change over time. We may suspend or discontinue parts of the Services with reasonable notice where practicable.

2. Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for activity under your account. Notify Zorq AI promptly at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorized access.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to use Zorq AI to violate law, infringe intellectual property rights, harass others, distribute malware, attempt to bypass security, or generate unlawful, harmful, or deceptive content. We may enforce these rules through warnings, suspension, or termination.

4. Inputs and outputs

You are responsible for your prompts and uploads. Outputs may be imperfect and should be reviewed before use in sensitive contexts. Rights in outputs may depend on your plan, applicable law, and product features—use Zorq AI outputs at your own risk and confirm licensing terms for your use case.

5. Intellectual property

Zorq AI, its branding, logos, and software are protected by intellectual property laws. Except as expressly stated, these Terms do not grant you any rights in Zorq AI assets.

6. Third-party services

The Services may integrate with third-party tools. Third-party terms and privacy policies may apply.

7. Disclaimers

THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.” TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ZORQ AI DISCLAIMS WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

8. Limitation of liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ZORQ AI WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL. OUR AGGREGATE LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING OUT OF THESE TERMS OR THE SERVICES WILL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNTS YOU PAID US FOR THE SERVICES IN THE TWELVE MONTHS BEFORE THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO LIABILITY (OR, IF YOU HAVE NOT PAID, ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS).

9. Indemnity

You will indemnify and hold harmless Zorq AI from claims arising out of your use of the Services, your content, or your violation of these Terms.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable to Zorq AI’s operating entity, excluding conflict-of-law rules. Courts in the designated venue will have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to mandatory consumer protections.

11. Changes

We may update these Terms by posting a revised version on zorqai.art. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
